David Frederiksen is a CEO, entrepreneur, and executive team coach with more than 25 years of experience building and scaling companies across healthcare, finance, and technology.
He founded and led PatientFocus, a national revenue cycle company, through multiple stages of growth, delivering triple-digit revenue expansion and meaningful EBITDA improvement. He has also co-founded healthcare finance companies and developed credit models later adopted by national rating agencies.
That experience shapes how he works today.
David brings a practical, in-the-trenches perspective to the challenges leaders face as their companies grow. He has lived the transition from early traction to scale and understands where execution breaks down, where teams lose alignment, and where leadership becomes the constraint.
